• Keyboard interactions, reduced-motion styles, visible focus, and no-JavaScript content fallbacks.
• A separate, smaller one-page free sample.
• Maintainer tests, setup and deployment guidance, source inventory, and proposed license text.

Deliberately not included

Hosting, domains, authentication, databases, analytics, email delivery, live payments, customer accounts, or external service integrations. Browser verification and commercial terms are separate release gates.
